To standardise personnel and IT solutions and documents ORLEN Capital Group, as one of the first companies, has activated an electronic system for personnel and pay documentation flow: SelfService.
The system enables management of any personnel, pay and social requests as well as delegations. Paper versions of documents, used so far, were replaced with electronic requests. This significantly enhanced the process of their execution.
Implementation of the system was preceded by training, carried out by staff members of ORLEN Księgowość Sp. z o.o., and the system itself was very positively assessed by employees of ORLEN Laboratorium who paid attention to substantial time saving during completion of requests, rapid flow of information between particular units and shorter time for execution of requests.
